These activities are expected to facilitate necessary paradigm shifts, changing ineffective attitudes and behaviors and adopting healthy coping mechanisms. Unpleasant experiences are processed such that the participant is able to perceive them positively, learn from them and turn them into learning, meaningful experiences.
The main purpose of this course is to help students personally understand themselves and their roles in relationships, the workplace, and society. The aim is to assist students in incorporating healthy and effective means to change their ideas, attitudes and behaviors in order to be responsible, successful, and productive members of their communities.
